Follow These Three Easy Steps to Receive Your Award!

1. Download and print the official application on this website (see application). Applications for wins that occurred in 2012 will not be accepted after March 1, 2013. Please use the application found on this website.

2. Have your Purina dealer and/or sales rep sign this application. This is important! YOU ALSO MUST include 10 Purina Difference Icons and/or Honor® Show Chow® weight circles with your order.

3. Include a clear, color photograph of your win. We prefer at least a 5” x 7” photograph of you and your winning animal at the show with the appropriate show signage in the background.
